QUESTIONS THAT WON'T GO AWAY

Why on earth would the Racing Association, a body structured to do good for the industry, send a representative to make an offer to buy Formgrids.com ?, ...because they saw the value it contributes to the industry.

The buyout was rejected

So because the RA can't own Formgrids does this lessen the value and good Formgrids brings to the game.

Is it about ownership of Formgrids

The RA was NOT established as a profit seeking business enterprise, rather it was structured as a body to do good for the horseracing industry, it's role is to to look after the owners AS WELL AS TO SUPPORT and HELP DEVELOP all sectors of the game, this is stated in it's own MISSION STATEMENT, so why does it not assist and support Formgrids.com.

Formgrids is the exact project type that the RA has a mandate to assist and promote.
Why the non assistance and silence, is it personal?

The RA is not a profit making business, it was not set up for making of money for individuals or shareholders, it was established to do good in racing

Formgrids showcases and supports the sport of horseracing in South Africa.

  3. Frank the betting voucher story does not worry me because i know very little about it, however i feel that the RA, Racing Trust or other like racing structures must have an obligation to assist with the development of Formgrids, Its a no brainer that Formgrids assists racing professionals and others daily, Formgrids provides info relevant to betting which is where the games takeout is derived from, Anyone can argue that we must charge for it, but that still does not release them from not attempting to assist us, next they will say if they help us they must help everyone,, just find out how dependent your professionals like Trainers, Jockeys, Breeders, Owners, etc then asses if you should help
